अनीतीचा मोह !
एच पी ह्या मोठ्ठ्या संगणक कंपनीचा मुख्याधिकारी, प्रचंड पगार, वयही झालेले, ७ मिलियन डॉलरचे घर, मोठी मोठी मुले, बरे कंपनीत तसा मानही चांगला, चांगली कर्तबगारी, आणि कोणा एका ५० वर्षाच्या बाईच्या नादी लागून सर्वस्वाचा र्‍हास करून घेतो ! हे असे का होते ? अनीतीचा एवढा कसा मोह पडतो ?

आणि हे लहानपणापासूनचे आहे. चोर-पोलीस खेळात सगळ्यांना चोरच व्हायचे असते ! हुशार, सभ्य मुलाला मुली शामळू म्हणून हिणवतात तर टग्यांबरोबर आई-वडिलांना फसवून सिनेमाला जाऊ इच्छितात. सगळे चांगले, दोरी धरल्या सन्मार्गाने चालू आहे असे म्हणताच चांगल्या चांगल्यांना अवदसा आठवते, दारूच प्यायला लागतात, किंवा घरी चांगली बायको असताना बाहेरख्यालीपणा करतात. सगळ्यांचेच कसे असे न चुकता होते ?

अगदी प्रेसिडेंट असलेल्या क्लिंटनना ऑफीसमध्ये चाळे करण्याचे काय अडले होते. नीट ठरवले असते तर ह्याही पेक्षा ज्यास्त अनीतीची कामे ते बिनबोभाट, पकडले न जाता सहजी करते पण त्यांना थ्रिल हवे असणार ! विश्वामित्राला सुद्धा हा मोह आवरता आला नाही. पुरुष आपल्या मोकाट लैंगिक कल्पना ( फॅंटसीज) एकमेकांना चढाओढीने रंगवून रंगवून सांगतात व तडीला नेण्याचा चंग बांधतात आणि मग कुठे तरी फसतात, पकडल्या जातात.

तर, ह्यावरचा उपाय, असा की जमेल त्याने मोह टाळावा किंवा निदान पकडल्या जाणार नाही अशी खबरदारी घ्यावी. कंपनीच्या खर्चानेच भानगड करायची असेल तर ती खर्चात "बिझनेस डेव्हलपमेंट किंवा लॉबीयिंग" अशा गोड सदरात घालावी ! किंवा "महिला गटास मदत" !

Lure of Immorality !
A CEO of a big company like HP, huge salary, a 7 million dollar house, grown up kids, an efficient career and all that goes down the drain due to some tame affair with a 50 yr old lady ! Why do men fall so cheaply ?

This curse seems to have been incurred right from childhood . In a game of thief and police, no one wants to be a catching police but a thief on the run ! A brilliant, studious straight guy in school is disliked by the girls and they fall for a cheap, bully like, cool guy ! When we see a regular careerists house with good amenities, good school for children, nice car etc., suddenly we find picture being tarnished by too much indulgence of the man in parties, drinks and the chicks !
Even the high and mijghty fall from grace with prompt regularity. If Bill Clinton had used little descretion he could have done much more sins without getting caught, that too, in office. Even the sage Vishwamitra had to fall so easily for the charms of Menaka ! Men exchange their sexual fantacies with friends and hope that they too can emulate the dreams thrown at them !
Remedy perhaps is to avoid the lure for those who can or at least, the lesson would be learnt in not getting caught ! If you must womanise, at the company's expense, at least take care to bill it in proper account heads such as "business liasion, or business development" or better still "women upliftment !"
